Quelques types de paysages agraires du Norrland supérieur suédois: répartition et évolution

Abstract

The Swedish higher Noorland presents several traditional agrarian landscapes, among which the most important are : the landscapes of the coastal plains of the Gulf of Bothnia and the downstream valleys of the main rivers covered by wide and open cultivated lands with village seulement; the landscapes of the internai higher Noorland, lake and forest  milieu, withscattered seulement starting from the middle valleys, progressively from the east - south-east to the north - north-west, from the 16th until the first decades of the 20th century; these kinds of landscapes have been humanized by Swedish setiers; other cultivated lands have been occupied by Finnish people.
