Résumé :

Cette troisième et dernière partie du catalogue des Uredinales de Belgique contient tous les taxons de Puccinia récoltés ou mentionnés dans notre pays. Elle a été rédigée dans la même présentation que les deux premières parties. Au total, 137 taxons y sont repris, dont 15 ne croissent pas sur des plantes indigènes. La présence en Belgique de 22 de ces taxons reste à confirmer parce qu’elle n’est attestée que par des spécimens d’herbier peu fiables ou des citations dans la littérature.

Samenvatting :

Vanderweyen A. & Fraiture A. (2011) Checklist van de Uredinales van België, 3 − Pucciniaceae (geslacht Puccinia). Dit derde en laatste deel van de checklist van de roestzwammen bevat alle taxa in de geslacht Puccinia gevonden in België. Dit deel wordt op dezelfde wijze voorgesteld als de twee eersten. In totaal zijn 137 taxa besproken, waaronder 15 die niet op inheemse planten groeien. Het voorkomen van 22 van deze roestzwammen in België blijft twijfelachtig, omdat hun voorkomen alleen bevestigd is door herbariumspecimens van weinig betrouwbare aard of door citaties in de literatuur.

Abstract :

Vanderweyen A. & Fraiture A. (2011) Checklist of the Uredinales of Belgium, 3 − Pucciniaceae (genus Puccinia). This third and last part of the check-list contains all the taxa in the genus Puccinia, which have been collected or mentioned in Belgium. It is presented in the same way than the two first parts. It contains a total of 137 taxa, 15 of which are not growing on indigenous plants. The presence in Belgium of 22 taxa remains to be confirmed because it is attested only by herbarium specimens which are not entirely reliable or by citations in the bibliography.

QUELQUES PERSONNALITES EN VISITE AU JARDIN BOTANIQUE DE L’UNIVERSITE DE LIEGE, ENTRE 1880 ET 1905

Résumé

Un vieux registre conservé dans les archives du Jardin botanique de l’Université de Liège renferme un grand nombre de signatures de visiteurs de l’institution entre 1880 et 1905 ; cela témoigne de l’attrait de celle-ci aussi bien pour les botanistes et horticulteurs belges et étrangers que pour un public varié. Un inventaire des principaux représentants de la première catégorie, accompagné de brèves notices biographiques (apportant dans la mesure du possible des informations originales ou peu connues à leur propos), est dressé.

Summary

An old visitors’ book kept in the archives of the Botanical Garden of the University of Liège includes the signatures of a large number of persons who visited the Garden between 1880 and 1905. This document testifies to the Garden’s attractiveness for Belgian and foreign botanist and horticulturists, as well as for a varied general public. An inventory of the principal professional visitors is presented, enlivened by short biographic notes, including original and little known data whenever available.

MACROFUNGI IN DIFFERENT HABITATS OF SMALL POSTGLACIAL PONDS MARGINS IN THE KUJAWY REGION (CENTRAL POLAND)

Résumé : Les champignons supérieurs dans différents habitats entourant les pièces d'eau d'origine postglaciaire dans la région de Kujawy (Pologne Centrale).

Dans les années 1994-1996, les champignons supérieurs ont été récoltés sur 17 placeaux entourant des pièces d’eau d’origine postglaciaire situées dans la partie sud de la région de Kujawy (Pologne Centrale). Les macromycètes poussaient dans trois types d’habitats : pâturages, prairies et champs. Au total, 136 espèces ont été identifiées. Les habitats des prairies se sont révélés les plus riches en espèces de champignons. Les groupes intéressants des champignons nitrophiles, coprophiles et carbophiles ont été observés dans la mycoflore des placeaux examinés, ainsi que 9 espèces menacées au niveau du pays. Malgré leur surface restreinte, les placeaux examinés sont riches en espèces de champignons. Il faudra protéger ces habitats pour préserver leur diversité biologique.

Summary

In 1994-1996 macrofungi were sampled in the margins of small postglacial ponds located in the southern Kujawy Region (Central Poland). The macrofungi occurred in 3 types of habitats: pastures, meadows, and cultivated fields. A total of 136 macrofungus species were identified. Most of the species were recorded in the meadows. Interesting groups of nitrophilous, coprophilous, carbophilous species and 9 threatened species in Poland were among those recorded. Despite their small areas the investigated margins of ponds are rich in macrofungus species; hence their protection is much desired as important for maintaining macrofungus biodiversity.

Une révision du complexe d’Allium ampeloprasum L. en France est effectuée grâce à la synthèse des définitions des taxons concernés, d’études antérieures et d’observations sur le terrain et en culture. Allium ampeloprasum sensu stricto est un taxon d’origine incertaine pouvant mériter un rang spécifique. A. porrum L. et A. polyanthum Schultes & Schultes f. apparaissent en revanche comme deux options biologiques d’une même espèce, traitées comme subsp. porrum et subsp. polyanthum (Schultes & Schultes f.) Jauzein & J. M. Tison, comb. nov. A. commutatum Gussone semble assez bien caractérisé pour mériter un rang spécifique, bien qu'il donne lieu à des populations intermédiaires avec A. porrum sensu lato.

Summary : The Allium ampeloprasum L. complex in France.

A revision of the Allium ampeloprasum complex in France is carried out through the synthesis of specific definitions, previous studies and observations on ground and in cultivation. Allium ampeloprasum sensu stricto is a taxon of uncertain origin which may merit a specific rank. On the contrary, A. porrum L. and A. polyanthum Schultes & Schultes f. appear as two biological options of a same species, treated as subsp. porrum and subsp. polyanthum (Schultes & Schultes f.) Jauzein & J. M. Tison, comb. nov. A. commutatum Gussone seems enough well-characterized to merit a specific rank, though giving rise to intermediate populations with A. porrum sensu lato.
