Abstract
This paper gives a comparative research to the rural management between Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China and Walloon Region of Belgium. It analysed the comparability between the above-mentioned two regions and its significance, and emphasisly discussed the formulation and implementation of Ningxia rural management planning and the progress of major management projects. It is pointed out that the practices and experiences of rural management in Walloon Region should be use for reference to China.
